Booking confirmation/proof of participation
Please remember that misunderstandings can occur when making a booking. Therefore, customers should check the information on their booking confirmation/proof of participation – departure times, prices etc. This should be done when you receive your booking information; please inform us immediately if there are any errors.
 
When shall I pay for my tickets?
Tickets are to be paid for at least 30 days before departure. If the booking is made within 30 days of departure the tickets are to be paid for at the time of booking.
 
What if I want to rebook or cancel my tickets?
Any alterations to a confirmed booking are subject to a fee of SEK 50.
If you cancel 30 – 15 days before departure you will have 85% of the price of your ticket refunded.
When cancelling 14 days – 24 hours before departure 50% of the price will be refunded and when cancelling 24 hours or less before departure no refunds will be made.
 
When shall I pay for my package tour?
A deposit is to be paid within 10 days if the tour is booked at least 30 days before departure. The deposit is 10% of the total price, excluding cancellation insurance. The remaining money is to be paid at least 30 days before the departure date.
If the booking is made within 30 days of departure, the full price is to be paid immediately.
Once the deposit has been paid the booking is binding. Payment of the deposit is taken to mean that the customer agrees to the conditions of travel that are applicable to the package tour.
 
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
If the deposit is not paid on time the booking is no longer considered to be valid. If the customer does not pay the remaining amount this is considered to be a cancellation by the customer and will be subject to the cancellation charges presented below.
 
What happens if I want to rebook or cancel my package tout?
Any alteration to a confirmed booking is subject to a fee of SEK 200.
Cancellations must be made in writing or over the phone: Grand Nordic AB tel: +46 (0)771 53 53 53, from where your confirmation was issued. Any other method of cancellation is not valid. When making a cancellation there is always an administration fee of SEK 200/person, which is deducted from the deposit. Cancellation insurance charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation insurance in case of illness
When making a booking customers can buy cancellation insurance at a cost of SEK 150 per person. Cancellation insurance for children, 15 years and younger, is free of charge. With the exception of an administration fee of SEK 200 the customer is thereby insured against cancellation charges according to “Agreement Package Trips” points 3.2.1 – 3.2.3.
Certification from a doctor or other authority is required as proof of the reason for cancellation. Certificates should be sent to Grand Nordic AB, within 10 days of cancellation.
